About Elemental Yoga

Elemental Yoga is the essence of the original form of yoga revealed to the ancient seers - a way of life that brings one into balance with Nature, thus accessing their Higher Self. Breath, movement, sound and stillness flow together to bring balance to the five elements of ether, air, fire, water and earth.

Elemental Yoga classes are offered with reverence to the planet. When you invest in a Elemental Yoga class, you are investing in your well being, your family, your community and your environment. I aim to keep all of my services accessible while supporting sustainable organic, natural, fair-trade and/or local practices when possible. The studio's pillows, bolsters and blankets are made from natural and organic fabrics. Non-toxic, biodegradable products keep our space and linens clean. To help us minimize our impact on the earth through laundering, we do ask that you bring your own mats, towels and blankets when possible.

About Elemental Ayurveda

Elemental Ayurveda is founded in the essence of Ayurveda as taught in the Wise Earth Tradition - an original and eternal form of Ayurveda that honours the Earth as it does each living being. With this reverence, I offer eco-spa, yoga and ayurvedic healing services.

Having just returned from India, where I studied with Swamini Mayatitananda, Shambavi Lorain Chopra, David Frawley, Robert Svoboda and many others, I am inspired. This blog will serve as a means of sharing this inspiration.
